This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through atelierabstracts.co are processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is received in full.
Processing times vary depending on the item:
Original artwork: 3–7 business days
Prints and merchandise: 5–10 business days (production + fulfillment)
Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
2. Shipping of Original Artwork
Original artworks are packaged with care using protective materials appropriate for fine art shipping.
Shipping costs for original artwork may include:
Specialized packaging
Insurance Signature confirmation (when applicable)
Atelier Abstracts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Merchandise and Print-on-Demand Shipping
Merchandise may ship separately and directly from third-party fulfillment partners.
As a result: Orders may arrive in multiple packages
Packaging and carrier branding may vary
Tracking information will be provided when available.
4. Shipping Rates and Destinations
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on: Item type, Destination Carrier rates
We currently ship to locations specified during checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Atelier Abstracts is not liable for:Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged during transit:
Contact the carrier first
Then notify Atelier Abstracts so we can assist with claims when applicable
Insurance coverage may vary depending on the item.
